About Jessica
I thrive to help others achieve their fitness goals through cardio training, flexibility training, and resistance exercises. I have been training myself at the gym for 4 years and personal training otheres for a few months now, trying to expand my clientele. I am NASM certified for Personal Training, working on getting my MMA Specialist Certification as well.
I have been going to school for Exercise and Sports Science and love the atmosphere of being in a gym. Even more, I love helping others reach their goals and become a better version of themselves.

Details
$700 for 3 months for online custom fitness program and once a week check up. I find having a three month program helps my clients stick to their goals and challenge them more and stay motivated!
$50 for one hour of in-person training if you are close enough to meet with me, I try to keep my in person training to a limit but I try to work with everyone and what you are most comfortable with!
