About Celia
Outdoor Fit is Napples' Best small group fitness class. The classes are small so you get personal attention to meet your goals. Outdoor fit also offers a social setting which allows you to challenge yourself against others or brings a friend and get fit together. Outdoor Fit is meant to be what you need it to be. I keep the classes small to give each person the attention they request or require.
I became a personal trainer because I was bored of the gym. I have been certified since 2011 and every year I am more passionate for helping others get fit and stay healthy. More than just exercise classes, we share healthy nutrition information and occassionally train for an fitness event together. I enjoy learning how the body works and putting together workouts that are effective and challenging. Everyone who wants to be better can get something from Outdoor Fit; all I ask is a client brings a goal and the determination to reach it. The goal can be to maintain, gain strength, increase flexibility or just feel better; helping a client meet that goal is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I am certified through National Council on Strength and Fitness, a certified Outdoor Professional, Genereal Nutrition Counselor, and fully insured. I continually update my education to bring more knowledge to my clients. If I do not know the answer, I will find the answer.
