About Ashley
I have known that helping others get healthy and in shape was my purpose since I was 15 years old. When I was only 12, I found out I had a hormonal disease that would make me potentially obese. Because I struggled so much to overcome that, I had a strong desire to help others reach their physical goals. And have made that my mission ever since.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in both Exercise Science and Psychology plus an ACE Personal Training Certification.

I usually speak with the client ahead of time to assess their goals and workout experience. Then once we meet I am prepared with how best to help them. In the first session we will get a great workout while I am observing to assess their starting point. From there we will discuss a plan to help them excel, deciding how often to train and putting together an exercise/diet routine for them to work on when they are not with me.
I have worked with all ranges of clients. Male/female, beginner to experienced. I specialized in weightloss, muscle growth, physique competitions, and injury rehabilitation.
