About Chris
OK, so let me just jump right into it...
I'm am independent certified personal trainer who's been in the fitness industry for over two decades. My experience includes training at well-known gyms throughout the greater NYC area such as New York Sports Club, New York Health and Racquet Club and Bally's. I also was a long-time manager of Sheraton Fitness in midtown, where I provided personal training services as well.
Within that time span, I also played semi-pro/minor league football for over a decade. I've made physical activity the biggest part of my life, and I want to take what I've learned and use it to help those of you who are looking to become physically and mentally healthier.

Nutrition(very important part of this!)
All sessions will be designed to satisfy YOUR personal goals. My routines are set up to allow you have fun WHILE working hard. I also do standup comedy. This is a strange thing to mention, but I do so because that art involves me connecting with people, and being able to connect with clients has made me an effective trainer over the years.
I'm available for the training of people of all ages, both in person and online (Zoom/video chat).
