About Scott
I build strength and athleticism in novice lifters who are looking to maximize their fitness potential through big compound movements like the squat, bench, deadlift, etc. Also through the use of plyometrics to develop speed and power that will carry over positively into any sport or any daily activity.
I enjoy helping people transform their lives by achieving their fitness goals. My main mission in life is to improve the health and fitness of US and world population. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science, and ACSM certfified Exercise Physiologist. I have been a personal trainer for 15 months and have seen my type of program design get average people stronger and more athletic with science based principles!
