I hold multiple certifications as an ACE Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist, YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program coach, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Les Mills, Schwinn and LaBlast Instructor, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach.

Personal training and nutrition coaching starts with a questionnaire. Then we have a conversation about your goals and a potential plan of action. Following that, options are:
- weekly personal training plan written for you in Trainerize
- daily nutrition program via ProCoach
- custom program combining a workout plan and eating habits
- weekly to monthly calls to discuss progress and any hurdles
Payment is via a PayPal invoice after completion of the questionnaire.
