With over 5+ years experience as a personal trainer, 5+ years experience in physical therapy, and 15+ years experience in combat sports I offer personal training services for all ages out of Norwalk & Bridgeport. My services include boxing training/lessons and personal training for weight loss, strength & conditioning, and general fitness.
I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a USA Boxing Coach, having experience working in all settings including collegiate (UConn Football), clinical (ONS Physical Therapy) and group fitness. I am the current Head Coach of Youth Boxing at Hands Up Boxing Gym. I received my B.S in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition for Sports & Performance at UConn. My services offer the perfect blend of practical and clinical approach to achieving your fitness goals!

Jeremy’s passion for teaching shows in every way. He’s enthusiastic and knowledgeable in his craft. When he teaches you a new element of boxing he explains thoroughly why we learn in stages. He can teach anyone at any level and you’ll always make progress. He’s a good communicator and is invested in his students successes.
Coach Jeremy Is a great coach! He helped my daughter in getting better at boxing also great motivation. He taught her how to defend herself and have self control, his personal classes are great He been using different techniques to get her to learn.
