About Sanders
I'm a South Florida-based personal trainer certified by the International Sports Sciences Association & Yoga instructor certified by The Joyful School of Yoga, with over 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry. My extensive background as an athlete spans the spectrum from cross country and track to salsa and modern dance. In my quest for excellence, I pursue ongoing fitness education studies to keep me on the cutting edge of nutrition and exercise technology.
Over the years, I have developed innovative workouts that focus on core and functional training, body coordination, and flexibility. I concentrate on my client's safety by using proper fitness techniques to rehabilitate minor injuries and strengthen traditionally weak areas like knees and lower back, then build endurance with graduated strength workouts.
As a master motivator and strength trainer, I work diligently with clients of all backgrounds and ability levels. Whether you're a world-class tri-athlete or an everyday person looking for long-term results, you'll receive a Sanders' FitCore individualized strength training program that you can transfer from the gym to your daily life.
