About Ashley
The unique-to-you program for womenonly. I develop this program based on your personal goals, will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises, self love activities, and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. I offer 1 on 1 training, zoom training & bootcamps & yoga. We comply with Covid-19 requirement. Sanitizing equipment & maintaining our social distance. All in person classes are outside & on a private home location.
Here at Salty Babes we are an all Female based team. We design fitness and wellness programs and classes for women of all ages. I am compassionate about all my clients & their health & fitness needs. I enjoy seeing the results of from start to finish. The transformations bring joy to my clients & myself.

We will start with a phone interview & figure out what your goals are. When ready we have several boot camps & yoga classes ongoing to join. After assement we can get started on your fitness & nutritional needs. We can meet 1 on 1 or over zoom for workouts. I have a a private home with 2.5 acres & all the equipment needed for your fitness journey.
