Who wants more energy?
Who knows they should workout but has no clue what to do?
Who needs to be held accountable?
I have had a passion for fitness and wellness since I was in high school. I used working out for sports enhancement at first, but I was overweight and found out how good my body and mind felt with consistent exercise.
I've continue with it for over 20 years.
I worked to get my doctorate of Physical Therapy and help people get out of pain but I also help them live their best life possible by providing customized online workout plans.
Providing you monthly plans through an app with nutrition advice and access to me for all questions you might have.
You'll not only get customized workout and fitness plans but you'll have the expertise of a Physical Therapist modify any exercises based on previous injuries.
Being able to see the physical, mental, and emotional chabges that people make.
This is a lifestyle shift.
This is a mindset shift.
This is NOT a couple of weeks thing. We will both be putting work in to get help you achieve your goals
I have a doctorate in physical therapy and 12 years of experience treating patients and using fitness and wellness programs either in person or online
