My name is CoachPercy Keith and I am an certified personal trainer with over 24years of experience helping clients get into shape, lose weight, and feel their best!
I provide one-on-one personal training at my private gym in Austin Tx. for $25 an hour.
My style is a combination of interval training and high repetition weight lifting. Our sessions will be fun, dynamic, full body workouts that will keep you engaged!
My rate also includes:
Personalized workouts tailored to your body and goals.
Personalized routines for you to use between sessions.
A nutrition consultation and regime
Is available if needed.
I am a licensed professional with over 1200 training session. Attended the University of Nebraska where I played football . I also played in the NFL with the Oakland Raiders and the Denver Broncos. We’ve had countless clients over the years we've trained Elite Professional Athletes, Senior Citizens, Handicapped Athletes and Youth Athletes!
