About Keith
Helping people exceed goals they never thought possible through exercise and nutrition. Hi, my name is Keith Wilson. I am the creator and Executive Director of Cornerstone. And can help you get back on track. For over a decade I have helped people reduce mental health symptoms and addiction cravings and habits, create better behaviors, and helped clients reach their potential through nutrition, exercise, and better choices.
I have helped people who sit at their desk with neck, back, and arm pain feel better again.

I am the only crossed trained mental health professional and fitness coach in the state with a QMHP in the state of Oregon, and CSCS, which makes me uniquely qualified to provide you with such a holistic approach.
I have earned a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Psychology, lvl 1 CF coach, ACE CPT, NSCA-CSCS, NASM-women's fitness specialist, STOOPS- Functional Training, USAW- Performance Specialist, and C-QMHP.
