About Ryan
We are going to make your transofrmation process fun! We won't just do regular weightlifting like most Personal Trainers do. We implement High intensity, intervals, running, and a whole host of other types of training to ensure you dont get bored and that you develope a very well rounded fitness.
Our goal is to 'make you better at life' as you see your results, not just better at lifting weights.
Our trainers are highly skilled and have a real knowledge about how to design programs for individuals to see real results. We are all certified, but thats not what we hang our hats on. Our experience with real clients, seeing real results, having a real fun time speaks for itself.
None of our trainers are 19 year old "bros" who train because they just like being in a gym all day, but cant relate to you as their client. We are all mature people who have finished school, spent years in our professions and have some life experience and depth to our character. You will actually enjoy your conversations with your coach!
Our favorite thing about training our clients is the results they see, the fun we have, and the relationships we build! You will absolutely see results by working with our trainers. They are highly motivated by their desire to "change the world" through building a more fit community of people.

Personal trainer lessons offered by Ryan are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Orem. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
