About Jessica
Anytime Fitness as a gym creates a family environment with each and every one of our members. Through personal training that environment and welcoming, encouraging feeling is turned up even more. You allow the trainer to help you reach your personal goals in the most effective way, alongside learning the healthiest ways possible to feed and exercise your body!
As a trainer I love all of my clients, and I am extremely passionate about helping people reach their personal goals in any way I can! No matter your fitness goal, I want to work with you personally and teach you how to feel more confident in your own body, while bettering it at the same time!

I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Bachelor's in Health and Human Performance, and Master's in Health and Kinesiology.

Upon meeting with a new client, a full fitness assessment is preformed according to the guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine. After the assessment is complete, I score your entire fitness level through those same guidlines. This allows me to create a training program and give nutrition guidlines very specific to where your current fitness level is, and allows me to also look at your personal goals and how we can reach them together.
All fitness levels, from body building competitors, to 80 year old clients recovering from open heart surgery.
Do not be intimidated by a trainer, and do not be embarrassed to ask as many questions as you need! As a client you are hiring us to change your lifestyle for the better, and it is our job to make that as easy as possible for you!
