About Mark
Hello, my name is Mark Washington, CEO and creator of B.U.F.F. (Beat Ur Flesh Fitness), and I wanted to thank you for contacting me in the hopes of possibly becoming your very own, personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals.
A little about me, I was born and raised in Texas and moved to California in July of 2015. I am a qualified Personal Trainer through ISSA and I have been doing personal training for nearly 6 years now, training in all different avenues, ranging from weight loss, to muscle gain, to increasing endurance, self-defense training, and mma conditioning. I have been a Professional MMA Fighter for about 6 years now, specializing in Muay Thai and Kickboxing, so you're definitely in good hands.
I offer discounts and free sessions for referrals and group training.
