About Ashlee
Hello! In my 7 years+ experience working in the health and fitness industry, I’ve been exposed to numerous areas of fitness from strength training, to aerobics, to endurance training, working with clients 60+ as well as post rehab. I have a bachelors of science degree in exercise science and certified through AFAA.
The past 3 years Ive been competing in women’s figure and physique categories in body building, with the last year being nationally qualified. This sparked an interest to get my certification in nutrition and I’ve been able to help numerous clients reach their weightloss goals plus more!
To me, this really doesn’t seem like a job because each and everyday I get to help people change their lives for the better. I’m grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had in my career thus far.
Im a mom of 2 kids and try to lead by example through exercise and healthy meal planning so that they can carry it over with them into adulthood.
