About Christopher
I help each client understand what caused them to get to where they are and I give them a daily mapped out plan to their goal.
Getting a chance to learn what mental blocks hold people back. This helps me understand myself better as a person & a trainer.
I was a trainer working at my local YMCA that always had a passion for fitness & athletics and now I get to pursue that passion by influencing & helping those around me.

The student first has to go through a health assessment to qualify for a training program. Once i've gathered all the information I need the student will receive a personalized training program depending on the student's specific goals.
Most of my students are working parents with busy schedules. My youngest client was 12 years old and the oldest was 82 years old.
The student has to make sure that teacher's personality matches theirs to have a great student teacher experience. You need someone you know will push you but also understands you.
in 2018 I had a health scare that had me in the emergency room but thankfully I made it through. My family was there during that tough time and it's something I'm fond of until today.

Chris kept me motivated for the whole month that I joined his challenge. He made sure to send daily messages, have weekly check-ins and he always answered my questions whenever I would reach out to him. He made me believe that I could achieve my goals, and that I shouldn’t dwell on any setbacks but just to make a come back. 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely work with him again.
If you need a trainer that would stay on your a**, Chris is your guy. During the #30dayschallenge he checked on my progress and pushed me to thrive even when I cheated. He made sure to not let me dwell on my mistakes and encouraged me to be better than I was. Chris is so motivating! Throughout his fall 2020 bootcamp and #30daychallenge He delivered daily workouts/video's, encouragement, positive feedback, and inspiration. He is passionate and knowledgeable about health and fitness. He also is compassionate and meets everyone at their fitness level, but pushes them to believe that they can do more.
