About Jeremiah
I have battled with depression and self confidence a lot in my early years but thankfully I found a deep passion and purpose to live through fitness. I love sharing that energy while helping others reach their fitness (weight loss/muscle building) goals and most importantly feel alive again.
I love to be there for my clients as much as possible so that they never feel alone in their struggles. We all have struggles. But if we stay focused, have the right mindset, and put the right actions forward together, not even the sky is the limit.
Started training some of my coworkers from different jobs I've had throughout the years because they saw my results and wanted to start their own fitness journeys.
I fell in love with fitness in my teenage years and have been training myself for 9 years. I've trained with all types of fitness levels.

First, I focus on finding out exactly what is their current fitness level and figure out what are their fitness goals. Then I build a workout schedule and diet plan they will consistently follow until they reach their desired fitness goals.
Overweight clients that have lost significant amounts of weight.
Skinny/slim clients that have built muscle mass and gained healthy weight.
Honesty is the key to building trust, consistency and crushing your fitness goals.
My first nanny reconnected with me 3 years ago and introduced me to her son I handn't seen since we were babies. I began to train him 3 years ago. We trained for a few months then he gained the confidence to go on his own. A few months ago we met at the gym again and he has gained 40 lbs of muscle since the first day I trained him. He started his fitness journey at 135lbs soaking wet and now weighs in at 175lbs. Not only did he gain a ton of muscle mass, but he gained a ton of self confidence. Seeing my clients transform and surpass their own limitations always recharges my own battery and inspires me to continue inspiring and spreading the passion for health & fitness.
