About Michelle
At Get Well with Shell, I help you cut through the confusion and create a realistic plan to feel better. Whether you're struggling with energy, weight and metabolism, nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, or simply don't know where to start, we'll look at the bigger picture together.
As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Registered Nurse, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Family Nurse Practitioner student, I bring a well-rounded perspective to your health and wellness.
Together, we'll identify what may be getting in the way of your goals and create clear, personalized steps for nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and daily habits. When appropriate, we can also use lab testing to help guide your plan.
My approach is practical, affordable, and never overwhelming. You'll leave with a plan you understand and can actually follow.
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree from the U of MN and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
