About Ada
Ada Loridans is a core and pelvic floor coach, helping women prevent and overcome pelvic floor dysfunction, train for a healthy pregnancy/birth and beyond, and reconnect with their bodies and feel strong and confident. Ada believes a healthy pelvic floor is a missing key in women’s wellbeing, empowerment, and creativity. Her sessions inspire women to get to know their bodies and become the authority in their own lives.
Ada is a certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist, a certified core confidence specialist, a certified yoga teacher, a certified postpartum doula, and an advanced Reiki practitioner.

We assess your alignment and core for signs of Diastasis Recti and work to release tension that can hinder efficient movement. We then begin training with a personalized plan to strengthen your core and pelvic floor for pain-free pregnancy, easeful labor, and support you in postpartum recovery.
This work is for the movement beginners, the athletes, the pregnant mothers wanting to prepare for birth, the new parent wanting to recover and safely return to their fitness practices (or start one), those approaching menopause, and beyond. No matter where you are currently this work is accessible to anyone. If you are ready to live leak-free, relieve pelvic pain, and get on with living your best life with your dream midsection, I can help.
