About Betsy
I take pride in training my clients. I know the importance of daily exercise and clean eating. I work with my clients on a one-to-one basis and help them to achieve their goals. I bring the workout to you so there is no traffic, parking spots or other people to worry about. This is about you.
I have been training clients in the LA area for over 15 years and have had tremendous success including a client that lost over 90 lbs.
My motto is simple: Get up and get moving! Move a muscle, Change a mood.
Call me today and let's schedule a complimentary fitness assessment.
I love helping clients realize and achieve their health and fitness goals. It is so exciting to see the transformation mentally and physically that take place when you start exercising and eating healthy.
My love of fitness and health and feeling, looking and being my best fueled my passion for helping others do the same.

In my initial meeting with a new client I assess their medical history, their fitness level, diet and goals. From there I put together an individual workout that meets their goals based on the information above.
All types! My youngest client is 11 years old and my oldest is 86. I work with them and everything in between.
Act now. It's never to late to get into shape. Transform your life from the outside in. Give me a shout and let's get started. Move a Muscle, Change a Mood!

Yes, I do have standard pricing which can be seen on my website but will also work with the client based on what they can afford. I don't want to turn someone away just because they cannot afford it. If they are committed and willing to stick to the plan I will work on a sliding scale.
