About Rivak
I'm a seasoned Registered Physician Assistant. Certified in sports medicine rehabilitation techniques and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
I'm a licensed personal fitness coach through NASM, licensed weight loss specialist through ACE and a CHEK Holistic Health Practitioner. I can change anyone's health and improve overall functionality.
I am also a Certified Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition, a Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management Practitioner. I capable of designing nutrition and exercise for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Leading people to success. Rebooting people's health. Watching people change! Being able to participate in the journey of health and wellness.
Began as a Lifestyle and Weight loss coach, and a staff research associate directing an NIH funded medical research grant observing the effects of acute weight loss and correlating effects of reversing intraocular pressure in subjects with glaucoma.
Masters degree in Public Health, and Sports Medicine and Registered Physician Assistant.
