About Kelly
I have been in the fitness industry for 23 years as a personal trainer, group fitness/yoga instructor, wellness coach/program implementing. Your health is your wealth! I can help you, a group or a you and a workout buddy with personal training, classes or special events.
in 1995 I took the five month training course at Marywood college.
I have extensive training in the health and fitness industry. 23 years experience with 13 certifications, I was the group fitness director at two gyms for 15 years, and owned my own studio for three years.

We meet to create a plan for what they are trying to acheive. Then I will do an assessment of their fitness level. We will take measurements for their start point. I then will come up with a plan and we go from there.

knowledge of health, fitness, safe training, and not a weekend warrior who has no fitness experience and just got the cert for a few hours class.
A firefighter whom was up for promotion and needed to complete a physical test came to me for help and we had five weeks to reach these goals for the test. i helped him change the way he ate and we met twice a week to train and i gave him three plans for those additional days. He lost 30 lbs in passed the test and is now up for the promotion! He continues with me now today and is now 55 lbs lighter, happier and has a new found energy for his hard work and very important job.
