I have three certifications: Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Nutrition. I work with clients on a one hour scheduled class. Depending on the clients goals and what they want to achieve, I'll work them through a combination of cardio, weight lifting and machines, HITT training and nutrition guidelines to help them meet their expectations.
