About Melina
I focus on developing self love and acceptance while striving to bring out the best in you, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am ACE certified and have experienced my own ups and downs in my own health and fitness journey.
I love seeing people feel better about themselves and realize they are stronger and more capable than they realized
After 10 years of working in bars as a bartender and leading a very unhealthy lifestyle I found myself unhappy and unfulfilled. I wanted to make a change in my life and get back to a healthier me, i started training and helping others get on track and quickly found out that helping others was a huge motivation for me.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer. However most of my knowledge and experience comes from growing up in a family of trainers and gym owner. As a child i spent countless hours in gyms and developed my own love and passion for fitness. As an adult i have experienced highs and lows with in my own journey.

I like to get to know my students better. I like to know what activities they enjoy and what they do in their daily life. I will usually start with an assessment of basic movements to determine a starting point. I also focus greatly on goals and developing a plan.
