About Lenore
I am an advocate for health and wellness related to senior fitness. I have multiple certifications in all areas of fitness and recently became certified in medical wellness and movement disorders related to Parkinson’s Disease. I feel that exercise can be beneficial in disease control .

Perfect! Elle is a great personal trainer. I really needed someone to help me learn what exercises I should be doing and how to do them properly. At 65 I found myself overweight and really not knowing where to start and didn't want to be aggressive with a bootcamp or intense type of training. Also, I really wanted to learn how to use the machines in my new apartment 55+ Active Adult Community and I wanted to make sure that I could continue this throughout the rest of my life. Elle has been a perfect fit and I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!!
Perfect! Very pleasant but enough business tone to keep my attention and keep me on track. Doesn't waste time. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Wide variety of exercises. Helped me set up a plan for exercising during the week.
