I fell in love with fitness, increasing my knowledge about anatomy, lifting, exercises, and nutrition. I light up when I talk to people about it and want to help others feel the same. I have always loved athletics and played a variety of sports growing up.
I am a certified personal trainer. I am also N1 Certified for Nutrition and Program Design. I also am an occupational therapy assistant.

Let's start with talking about your goals, what you're looking for from me, your strengths and weaknesses. It's important for me to assess your movement patterns. After collecting some data I will create a custom game plan for you based on your needs to help you reach your goals.
I have speant the last 5 years supporting friends and family with questions or concerns around fitness. Over the last decade I've worked with the geriatric population to improve my clients strength and functional abilities in the skilled nursing and home health settings.

I’ve talked with Nikki a lot about health and working out. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips and work outs to try. I have tried what those suggestions were and felt they were very useful and helped with my lifts.
Nikki is an amazing personal trainer. She has a background in the occupational therapy field, which is comforting because she actually knows her stuff and what can damage/cause injury. She also has had her own experiences with disordered eating and binge/restriction cycles in her life, so she understands how that feels and what can help heal your relationship with food.
