i studied Physical education at HVCC. I have my Certified Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) also a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. I have 4 other certifications i am proud to have through the National Sports Performance Association a company i couldnt be more ezcited to be a part of.

1 free assessment (postural, static and dynamic movement, cardiovascular)
first session i always go over everything i plan on delivering. Making sure everything is understood and we are moving at a pace in which the client is comfortable. Usually only covering the first half of the full session.
second session is alot like the first session now we would be covering the second half of the full session.
Third session we should be in full force being able to make our way through the entire workput without any hiccups.
the full workput includes but is not limited to...
a warm up (treadmill, bike, bodyweight etc), stretching (usually focused on lower body surrounding the hip complex), core work and then a strength training program.
at the end of each session i allow 10 minutes for discussion on any topics you migt have questions for.
