About Moxie
I’m the only female trainer in my gym! I also regularly practice the sport, and test all my workouts on myself. I’ll never ask you to do anything that I can’t do.
The work I do is very rewarding to me. I love helping people gain confidence and reach and surpass their goals.
I have my CPT through NASM, as well as additional certificates in women's fitness, senior fitness, group fitness, and mma conditioning, as well as level I mittology through mitt master

Sarah is tough, smart, and accommodating. During this lockdown I wasn’t able to get to the chiropractor for a bit, and even before I went she was able to stop all pain(lower back). Sarah has positive energy coupled with a great attitude. She is very technical and can articulate information effectively and efficiently. After just a few sessions my technique has drastically improved. Her decade of boxing experience shows in her passion and knowledge.
She's very well-educated in a seemingly endless amount of different types of exercise--we are doing different things every lesson, which I like as it's always new and not repetitive. Also knows muscle anatomy which helps me keep on form.
