About Terri
My "Success Story" clients have appeared in television commercials on the Oxygen Network, Bravo, and Lifetime.
I first became certified as a trainer in 2007 and I primarily work as a contractor in private training gyms as well as in-home. I am also a certified nutrition specialist. In addition, I’ve done online training for celebrity trainer Jackie Warner/FitOrbit.

As a child up to my college years, I was always overweight. I was brutally teased by other kids and eventually lacked self esteem. Not only that, but my knees suffered due to the weight put upon them. The pressure on my knees - which prevented me from playing my favorite sport (tennis) - was enough for me to begin to make positive changes in my life. Because I was overweight, it gives me the compassion to help others who might be in the same position.
I have been certified in Fitness Training and Nutrition through International Sports Science Association since 2007. I also have several published health & wellness articles and, due to the results I've produced and the commitment I have, my work and clients have been featured in fitness commercials that have aired on Bravo, Lifetime, and the Oxygen Network. Following a thorough fitness assessement and intake, my process for working with a clients is gradual and progressive. They are first introduced to balance and flexibility and progress toward aerobic, endurance and/or strength training. Injuries and any other physical challenges are taken into consideration, with a program that is built around those issues.
I've worked with women and men from ages 30 to 72. Special populations include back/disc issues, meniscus tears, shoulder injuries, diabetes. Because I was a competitive bodybuilder, I have produced phenomenal results for males who are looking to add mass and shed fat. Typically, my clients work in the film, legal, and corporate executive-level industries.
