About Damian
Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. In high school, I was on the varsity track team where I competed in the 800 m, 4 x 800 m relay, and javelin. It was these roots that led me to doing Sprint Triathlons and ultimately OCR (Obstacle Course Racing). For the past 2 years, I have competed in elite and competitive heats taking many 10 ten finishes and qualifying for both the North American OCR Championships and the World OCR Championships. When anyone is competing in a sport, you need a program to help become the best version of yourself. I have tried them all and none were really getting me to where I wanted to be. A lot of trainers and programs out there offered quick fixes (i.e., "6 week abs," "30 day fix"). This got me thinking about how can we expect to be the best version of ourselves when there are so many imbalances in our body that we are not addressing. That is why I created Devour Everything, a balanced approach to fitness that combines elements of strength, flexibility, explosiveness, agility, power, balance, and endurance.
I have taken what I learned from NASM's Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise courses along with Onnit's Foundations course to create a unique training methodology. I call it Devour Everything because it truly covers all of the bases. This methodology will bring any imbalance to light and help you get over them while creating a stronger more functional version of yourself.
I am Certified as a personal trainer and a Corrective exercise specialist through NASM. I have also obtained training as a Foundation Coach thorugh Onnit along with becoming a Steel Mace Flow Coach.

During my initial consultation I want to learn what my client’s specific needs are. I also like to understand their past fitness and athletic experiences along with what is motivating them now. I also like to do some assessments to firgure how the clinets body is moving or not moving. That way I can create a program that gets their body moving properly and is aligned with their goals.
