The owner/operator of Momentumfitness4u has been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals for over 20 years. She has trained in top fitness facilities, clients' homes, and online. She has experience with training clients of all ages and fitness levels. In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, Lisa is also a Certified Sports Hypnotist and Mind-Body Fitness Coach. She believes in the power of meditation and cultivating self-awareness.

Log-in Boot Camp Classes are sold in packages and range from$10 for one session to $72 for twelve sessions; One-on-One Personal Training are sold in packages and range from $450 for three sessions to $1440 for twelve sessions . One-on-One personal training is limited to a specific geographic area, and in-home training is available under a different pricing structure; Sports Hynpnosis sessions are $35 per session with a required initial session at $50; Wellness Laser Coaching sessions are sold in packages and range from $75 for three sessions and $228 for twelve sessions.
