About Tony
Tony Menias is an award winning and published travel & street photographer. His love for photography began when his father handed him his first camera when he was 10 years old and he hasn’t stopped snapping since.
He travels the world capturing the human condition in its beauty and essence. His objective is to inspire through visual storytelling to close the gap of time & space between his subject and their observer.
My curiosity is insatiable. Fascinated by humanity and our role here; I travel, explore, and immerse myself in the places and cultures I visit. The world speaks to me visually and I have a hard time keeping my eyes closed. I am observant to a fault and in perpetual awe of the beauty that surrounds us. There’s an unseen connection between everything on this earth and the Divine. My aim is to bring this connection into focus.
I love spreading knowledge, so I started small photography workshops and this lead me to teaching online.
No formal education. I am self taught and love what I do. This lead me to winning many awards, publish in newspapers National Geographic, and exhibit my work in galleries.
