About Jim
I'm new to this website and looking share this great craft with others. I'm really excited about working with anyone that has an interest in photography.
I've been a proefessional photographer for over 30 years. Worked for the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper for 25 years.I had my own photography business during that time as well. I'm currently working full time as a professional photograoher.
I have educated students by giving them private lessons as well as assisting a teacher friend of mine on location while running lighting workshops.
I have worked with all camera formats.
Processed color and B&W film and printing.
Knowledge of simple and complex lighting and light modifers.
I work with Photoshop and lightroom on a daily basis.

I had some friends that asked me to teach them and it grew into this.
Art Academy of Cincinnati and decades of experience while shooting for newspapers , magazines and clients on the strip.

I've worked with mostly adults that had a general interest in learning the basics for taking vacation photos and social media.
