About Brian
I do all kinds of photography and a very experienced studio and natural light master.
I started as an action and lifestyle photographer but discovered a higher connection to craft thru all aspects of the technology.
I mainly shoot digital these days but have 20 plus years of film back ground with 35mm and medium format.
I am trained in fineart, graphic design and illustration with ten plus years working commercial and editorial in the Hollywood Market. I also have a passion for ocean sports and chace pro surfing when its in California. I believe you nake a photograph and that pushing buttons is only a fraction of the process but a mandatory one.
Depending on your skills and your commitment to learning. I can get you running out the gate. If you want the highend technical stuff you will be at it for as long as I have. Being able to move quik and think about what needs to be done only comes with study Practice and Time with repetition of the same thing over and over. Digital makes this easier than ever.
I have the leys to the treasure chest. You must learn which key works for each chest!

I also teach masters retouch techniques for photoshop. But im very selective who will qualifiy for such training.

I work on an hourly basis formulated by my time and investment in my skill set. It rounds up to a day rate for a production lesson. Half day or fullday lessons with concept in a studio setting can get expensive.
