About Alison
I pride myself on the ability to successfully teach utilizing both on and off the bench musical activities.
Additionally, my flexibility in scheduling is very appealing to parents with busy schedules.
Preschool and early grade school students love my "fun factor". I love that I am able to introduce a love of music, piano studies especially, to young children, hopefully furthering their interest in studying piano through high school.
Began pedagogy studies and a studio right out of high school.
Undergraduate degree in music from Skidmore College. Music therapy baccalaureate degree from Montclair State University. 35 years in private practice.
