Learn Music. Build Confidence. Have Fun!

Piano • Guitar • Voice | Ages 5 to Adult | All Skill Levels

With a B.A. in Music, Texas K–12 teaching certification, and 40 years of teaching experience, I offer personalized music lessons designed to help each student grow, build confidence, and enjoy making music.

I teach piano, guitar, and voice to students ages 5 through adult, from complete beginners to advanced musicians. Whether your goal is to learn your favorite songs, develop strong musical fundamentals, prepare for performances, or simply enjoy music as a hobby, I tailor lessons to your individual interests and goals.

Piano: Classical, pop, contemporary, chords, technique, reading music, improvisation, and playing your favorite songs.

Guitar: Beginner to advanced instruction, chords, strumming, fingerpicking, popular songs, technique, and performance skills.

Voice: Vocal technique, breathing, pitch, confidence, song interpretation, and developing a stronger, healthier singing voice.

More Than Just Lessons

Students have opportunities to perform in two recitals each year, as well as participate in a music festival. These experiences help students develop confidence, stage presence, and the ability to share their musical accomplishments with others.

My teaching philosophy is simple: music lessons should be educational, encouraging, and enjoyable. I believe students learn best when they are working toward music they actually enjoy while developing the skills that will help them become confident musicians.

Whether you're 5 or 75, just getting started or looking to take your playing or singing to the next level, I'd love to help you reach your musical goals!
