About Tamra
Teaching piano to those willing to learn and practice is my passion. I love teaching and have a strong desire to see my students succeed.
My experience ranges over a 18 year period, working with students from 6 years old to adult, beginner level to an advancing level. Prior experience also includes teaching at Tampa Music Academy, but more recently from my home studio.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with special emphasis on piano performance. My degree is from Clearwater Christian College under the direction of Dr. Duane White and Dr. Craig Ralston.
I started teaching just before starting school to complete my degree at the encouragement of my own piano teacher.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education with a focus on piano and performance.

We start at the beginning with basic piano skills, note reading skill, and rhythm skills. After a few weeks of practicing, then we begin to get creative and work towards music to sponsor the student's creativity.
I've worked mostly with younger students, but have worked some with adults.
