Depending on the student's age, coordination and attention span, I place the student in a method book. Along with this book, the student begins techinical exercises as well as music theory.
Ages 4 years old to adults. I have worked with beginners up through advanced students. I have also taught undergraduate class piano as well as elective and barrier private college lessons.
