Experienced tutor in Piano in Queens, Alan offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Alan Bash is not only a gifted pianist, he is also a knowledgable, sensitive, and talented piano pedagogue. Having studied at some of the world's most prestigious academies of music, Mr. Bash possesses a deep technical, theoretical, and expressive knowledge of the music of Common Practice and beyond. I look back on my years of study with Mr. Bash with great fondness. His teachings prepared me for the conservatory training which I am currently undertaking. I would recommend study with Mr. Bash to students of any age and any level. He will instill in you a lifelong appreciation of the piano, music, and the fine arts.

I have been studying Piano with Alan Bash for 5 years and I am so glad that I found this wonderful and patient teacher. I started as a beginner and I can’t believe how quickly I became able to read all the Music that I have been wanting to play for years. Mr. Bash has been teaching me at home for 3 1/2 years but for the past year and a half due to the pandemic, he has been teaching me ONLINE and it is Fantastic how easy he makes the learning process develop in my playing. He always demonstrates how a piece should be played and gives me the correct fingerings that all my teachers never bothered with. Very importantly, he has given me the best way to practice each piece. This has been a HUGE plus in learning more advanced pieces.
When I started taking lessons from Mr. Bash I could hardly play one piece completely through. I wish I had found Mr. Bash a long time ago ! Now I am working on 4 different pieces...This month I am playing pieces by Bach, Chopin, Taylor Swift and even Lady Gaga.
If you want your Children or Yourself to have a truly Perfect Piano Teacher that will give you a lifetime of joy in Music making... Email Mr. Bash right away !
