About Linda
I encourage children to experience the joy of music as they express themselves musically. I’m a patient teacher who especially enjoys teaching children ages 7 through 12. Beginners are welcome. My individualized lessons match the learning styles and personalities of the children.
I love introducing children to the world of music. I listen to the child to discover who they are, what makes them smile, and how they learn. I start with what they know and open new doors to musical learning and expression. It’s a joy to see them learn to read music, expand their repertoire, and express their inner musician.

Linda makes learning so easy and fun for my son.
I have been working with Linda for many years - first with lessons for myself, and then lessons for my son. Linda has the patience of a saint while also keeping the lesson moving along and keeping the student engaged the entire time. He lifetime committment to teaching music is evident in her breadth of knowledge, extensive teaching tricks and methods, and flexibility to teach the student tho their "just right challenge" and within their interests. I highly recommend Linda as a teacher to students of any age!
