Tracy offers a wide variety of Pilates training. As a Pilates expert , she specializes in assisting clients with back issues, pre/post pregnancy and/ or their recovery from injuries. Additionally, she works with those simply seeking to enhance their bodies.

I have spent 10 fabulous years with Tracy taking Pilates. Her training, skills, expertise, and just being a wonderful teacher has led to the term I like to use: 'Body by Tracy.' She can work wonders!
Tracy is very easy to work with and skilled to achieve terrific results. My core is now strong thus protecting the back issues that can ruin your day. I feel confident.The reformer technology if properly used apparently does wonders. You can feel and see the benefits. The only thing it doesn't do is grow hair, provide testosterone therapy and make coffee. At my age(74) even hearing the phrase "6 pack" is weird but anything is possible. It has improved the quality of my life. What a discovery! Wish I had found this sooner. Tracy pushes you just enough to get the benefits and results that are worth the price of admission!
She is very attuned to individual needs and offers modifications throughout class. She is also warm and friendly, yet very professional.
