Since I began training with Stacy my body has never felt stronger. She motivates me to work hard at each session while reminding me to keep good form and a quick flow. Stacy perfectly combines strength and control while creating each class. She is so knowledgeable about pilates and continues to educate herself. Stacy understands the body and can help heal many ailments. When my session is over with Stacy I always find myself walking a little taller and feeling a lot stronger. I plan to keep pilates in my life forever.

Great balance between being challenging and accommodating individual conditions

I love that Stacy takes the time to understand each individual's level of experience and structures her sessions with that in mind. No workout is the same and she goes above and beyond to be creative with both mat and reformer sessions. It's always an amazing workout and even when she takes the time to work on certain areas of the body, you always get a full body workout. She's attentive, passionate and such a wonderful teacher.

Working with Stacy has been an unbelievable experience. She is a wonderful teacher and pushes me when I need to be pushed. I have never felt better both physically and mentally. I would recommend her to anyone!
