About Michael
We are a traditional Muay Thai gym that utilizes modern training methods. Our class curriculum is structured and the lesson plans focus on different weekly themes.
I have been training in Muay Thai for over 10years and Worked as a coach under a legend In the sport.
I am also a certified personal trainer and Krav Maga instructor.
I am passionate and patient, good with all levels.

Real Muay Thai training nothing watered down.
Mike de Guzman is a great teacher and personal trainer. He has an unusual ability to both explain and demonstrate Muay Thai technique. As a personal trainer he combines in depth knowledge of strength, conditioning and agility work with traditional, Thai-style striking practice. He is equally effective with beginners as he is with fighters. I highly recommend him for any level of fitness or experience.
