About Eddie
Hello, my name is Eddie I'm 24 years old and I enjoy teaching people the plenty of different ways to workout without a gym and the ways u can use your own bodyweight as a tool to gain strength and balance and coordination and develop new skills they never thought they'd be able to accomplish.
I'm currently finishing my Associates in Kinesiology and have a certification in World Calisthenics Organization and have been been training personally since I was 14 on my own.
I can help who ever wants to learn how to get fit and certain skills similar to gymnastics such as handstands and muscle ups and overall gain strength, flexibility and endurance. Muscle gain,weight loss, bodyweight training, weight training. I can personalize workouts based on your goals and help with nutrional advice.
Feel free to checkout my Instagram which I used to post frequently on about the type of training I would do but I can help people that are willing to try unconventional training such as the type I used to do or even people that just want to lose weight and gain muscle and ill personalize workouts based on what your goals are most of all ill try to make working out actually fun for once with the type of training that I offer.

I offer not only one type of training but multiple types of training such as bodyweight training, weight training, hit training, sport specific training, aerobic exercise and really can personalize workouts for people based on what they personally like to train and or want to improve on. I also can teach the beginners that don't know where to start and need even more help with things such as proper technique and form of exercises. Also stretching which is key to avoiding injury.
Training with friends and teaching them what I've learned from all the different types of training I've learned and done over the years. I also previously worked at private facilities and worked as a trainer for a bit.
