About Darius
Sports Performance Training and Strength & Conditioning is my passion. I have 10+ of knowledge and experience of the game ranging from High School to Professional Arena Football. I also have 8+ yrs of coaching football from the youth level to the College level. I have a B.S. Degree in Kinesiology and Personal Training Certifications. My motto is "Do Work, Get Results" and I live by that in everything I do! There's no progress without working towards your goals so, Let's Do Work!
