About Majdi
My goal is to assist players in enhancing their gameplay by providing a clear understanding of the game. Unfortunately, many coaches tend to overcomplicate the game, making it difficult for players to comprehend. However, once a player grasps the game's simplicity, they can easily identify where to invest their efforts and consequently, elevate their performance.
When searching for a coach, many parents make the mistake of prioritizing the playing experience. However, in my opinion, this is not a defining factor. Take Mourinho, for example - he never played professionally, yet he is recognized as one of the most brilliant coaches in the world. Personally, I have been coaching recreational and traveling teams for children aged 5 to 14, both girls and boys. This has granted me experience in working with all levels of ability and has allowed me to help players improve their abilities. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with youth, having volunteered with the Salesians in Aleppo, Syria - an organization renowned for its ability to educate young people through sports. At the age of 16, I even played in their team during a seven-day tournament in Rimini, Italy.
