Paula is very patient with others. She's able to understand first-hand what it's like to learn a second language, so therefore she has a deeper understanding of what her students are experiencing themselves. Being bilingual herself is extremely helpful for a student who's trying to learn Spanish. Additionally, Paula is very sweet and easy to talk to and approach.
