About Debora

I'm Debora, a current first-year undergraduate at University Malaya. I study social administration, which focuses on social work and social justice. I provide an easygoing lesson atmosphere that focuses on practicing what is being learned from reading, to writing, and speaking. Instead, I focus on making sure my students have consistent progress and are able to understand different areas of English usage through practice. My timings are usually at night and are flexible to the student's schedule.

About the lesson

I focus on speaking, reading, and writing English. My classes aim to build a student's ability to comprehend and use English as if it were their native language through consistent exercises and revision. I believe that the key to learning English is not by any means of memorization but instead through reading and practicing what has been learned, such as vocabulary and grammar used in literature. Not only that, but I believe it's essential for students to understand context and how the language is used socially from a native speaker standpoint to grasp English speaking. I'm a current degree student pursuing social administration at University Malaya with a MUET Band of 4.5. I'm currently studying for IELTS and have been a Superprof tutor for more than 2 years now. My students range from primary up to university students. I'm sure that my expertise will be of use when it comes to English learning.
