You tell us what you want and we show you how to get there. Daniel Abercrombie takes his job and clients needs very personally. He will find whatever route best suits you to get you to your goals in the most efficient way possible. This has been something I have been around most of my life; my mother was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My brother and I were involved in athletics from a very young age.
Studied Exercise Sports Science at Texas Tech University.
